How do I check in?+
Self check-in, 24/7. Your apartment door opens with a code lock — we email your personal code before arrival.
How do I book and what is the cancellation policy?+
Book directly on our online platform for the best rate. Cancellation terms are included in your booking confirmation.
Is parking available?+
Yes. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the building (including 2 accessible spaces), and a limited number of underground garage spots can be used for an extra fee. EV chargers are available both in the outdoor car park and in the garage. Enclosed bicycle and motorcycle storage is free to use.
Is there a lift, and is the building accessible?+
Our apartments are on the first floor, reachable by lift and stairs from two directions. There are 2 accessible parking spaces in front of the building.
Is there free WiFi?+
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the building.
Do the apartments have their own kitchen and washing machine?+
Yes. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine) and its own washing machine in the bathroom.
Can I bring a pet?+
Yes, selected apartments are pet-friendly. Please let us know when you book.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?+
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building; it is only allowed in the designated area.
Are extra beds or cots available?+
Our apartments cannot take extra beds: the maximum occupancy shown for each apartment is fixed and cannot be exceeded. If you are travelling with a baby, a travel cot is available on request.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes, we can arrange an airport transfer on request. Győr is located close to the Vienna, Budapest and Bratislava airports.
